Deep Dive Sessions
The following policies apply to Individual Deep Dive and Couples Deep Dive sessions:
Standard Cancellation (More than 24 hours notice)
A $20 administrative fee will be deducted from your refund.
Late Cancellation (Less than 24 hours notice)
A $50 preparation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the time spent preparing for your session.
Prompt Cancellation (Within 24 hours of purchase)
If you cancel within 24 hours of making your purchase, you will receive a full refund with no fees deducted.
Missed Appointments
No-shows and missed appointments will be charged the full session price with no refund available.
Education Sessions
The following policies apply to Individual Education Sessions and Couples Education Sessions:
Cancellation with Less than 24 Hours Notice
You will receive a 50% refund of your session fee.

Digital Courses
The following policy applies to the Foundations Course and any other digital courses:
Strictly Non-Refundable
Due to the digital nature of our courses and immediate access upon purchase, all digital course purchases are final and non-refundable. Please ensure you have reviewed the course description and requirements before purchasing.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
